Participants in this workshop will be introduced to the creative process of this game which aims to pass on Berne’s heritage, through the legitimacy to create and seize what is conveyed in the TA values. This game has been designed to enable each player to deepen his or her understanding of the concepts in a playful, relational process, to bolster his or her sense of belonging and to build his or her identity. The workshop will enable trainers to discover a didactic tool that can be integrated into training courses in the 4 fields, and students to enrich their knowledge by having fun and learning from each other.
This educational game is played in teams. The aim is to learn and manipulate Transactional Analysis concepts, in relationships and through experiences. It allows us to explore TA in a different way, to encourage cooperation, to work on group processes, to remove misunderstandings and to crystallize learning while supporting autonomy. It is based on holistic teaching methods, in particular constructivism: building and deconstructing, the experimental method: incorporating experience then introjecting it, and edutainment: stimulating the Child Ego State then integrating knowledge into the Integrating Adult.
The workshop includes playtime so that each participant can experiment with TA, relationally and physically, using his or her 3 Ego States.
