Creativity in and of itself is important for remaining healthy, remaining connected to yourself and connected to the world” (Christian Strang 2020). There is a growing body of neuroscience research and evidence showing that the act of creativity can have a profound positive effect on mental health.

Our creativity can be influenced and informed through legacy messages and experiences impacting our sense of legitimacy and identity.  This can impact our personal and professional lives, the groups we belong to and our places of work – leaving us feeling uninspired with poor work-life balance, feeling joyless and low energy.  Creativity has never been more needed in our changing world.

In this interactive and experiential workshop you will have the opportunity to visit the blueprint of your creativity legacy, legitimacy and identity.  Sometimes this blueprint has self-limiting beliefs, barriers and low confidence about being and exploring creativity.

Through various transactional analysis concepts and introduced practical steps there will be individual and group exercises to discover ways of incorporating creativity into your everyday life. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist you will have the time to explore and discover new techniques to ignite your creativity, gain valuable insights, and work on your own goals and next steps.
