The WTAC access is limited to TA members. If you are not an EATA/ITAA member, please select the Non-EATA/ITAA member rate. A membership registration is included in the ticket price and will be created for you.
Special terms and conditions:
- Cancellation policy applied for tickets: no refund policy unless the event is canceled.
- If you can not attend the event: ticket transfers are accepted between members. Please inform the organizing team if you want to transfer your ticket (you are in charge of finding someone who agrees to receive your ticket).
- Student rate: student with a valid university student card and unemployed. Proof and documents will be requested. If documents are not provided: the ticket will be deactivated.

- No more ITAA Voucher Discount:
If you are an ITAA member from a TAlent country (ITAA Country list here), you can claim a voucher discount code by emailing info@itaaworld.org - No more EATA Members Discount:
If you are an EATA member with no or low income, you can apply to obtain voucher discount code by contacting the EATA delegates of your national association - WTAC Donation Program: Participate in our Donation Program. We raise money for TA members from countries facing challenging times. All the donation funds will support others to offer conference tickets. To participate, just indicate the amount you wish to donate.
- Lunches are not included: Optional lunch bags, or lunch trays will be sold here. Many restaurants or typical French “guinguette” are all around the conference too.
- A Friday evening appetizer drink will be included with a special touch to celebrate IFAT’s 50th anniversary.
