HR Professionals are a strong backbone of organisational realities and contribute to the success and future of companies and similar structures. Their professionalism is based on different professional journeys, education, and certification. Their competence is often not recognized or visible which leaves HR Professionals we meet in our workshops often feeling inadequate to raise their voice in organisational settings. Our experience is that the qualification in Transactional Analysis is strengthening their identity and confidence in creating the change in organisations they strive for and getting themselves “to the table”. TA offers in its format of qualification an opportunity to learn together in interactive sessions and networking opportunities.

In our workshop we will present you with a brief overview of the role and responsibilities of HR Business Partners and then go into competencies in modern HR Work. We will connect those competencies with the ideas and offerings of TA, so that there is a clear bridge between what brings someone to the table in an organisation and to a successful CTA Exam. What we achieve for you to get out of our workshop is a confidence that TA in Organisations is not an artificial method or model, but that is unique in its integrative character for support Professionals to form their own practice, ethics, and mindset.
What we would wish from you is a lively discussion, ideas for any “organisational TA Canon” where you feel it can enable HR Professionals and bringing colour into a palette of CTA Practitioners who can make difference in companies and for the people who work with them.
