The theoretical and experiential heritage left us by Eric Berne and by every Transactional Analyst, isconsidered a precious legacy to be honored, to be grown and evolved.
Examples in this sense are the concepts and theories developed by Transactional Analysts winnersof Berne Memorial Awards.
These authors have given themselves permission to evolve theory and practice, taking in consideration not only new observations, but also a world and a society in rapidly changing.
The workshop experience is a moment of sharing and reflection on the Bernian legacy and on some Post-Bernian theoretical concepts through the in-depth analysis of some Berne Prize-winningarticles in order to legitimize and encourage the possibility of exchange and enrichment withinothers changes that society is facing (for example: online therapy, artificial intelligence, hyperconnection).

The propulse of this workshop will be to encourage discussion on possible new ideas in a relational world whose constant evolution is becoming increasingly virtual, and to consider how the theory of communication adapts, or is adaptable, to this new scenario in order to maintain our Transactional identity of the analist Analysts role despite new communication means.
