A person’s unconscious state can express information and experiences through mental, spiritual and bodily forms.

The pshichic unconscious is experienced as images, patterns, causality, meanings, history; it provides us with the imagery of our mental and spiritual processes.

At the level of the body, the the somatic unconscious is experienced as pain, disconfort, tensions, constrictions, energy, arousal and other feelings of embodiment. Being embodied means a particular state of mind in which a person experience his or her body in a particular way.

This workshop will invite the Transactional Analyst to embody the concept of Legacy, Legitimacy, Identity. Giving ourselves permissions to allow this exploration through the body and movement, creates connection and open different possibilities for accessing deeper levels of knowledge and includes all the parts of ourselves.
