Referring to the scientific literature and neurobiological research, possibilities emerge for nature-centered clinical intervention to work on trauma as well as in the treatment of anxiety and depression.
We will devote an initial time to the framing of some specific theoretical models in thinking about trauma in developmental age.
This will be followed by an experiential time in which participants will try out some clinical intervention tools for working with trauma in developmental age.
Elements from the natural world (wood, shells, leaves, stones) will be used to favor a “bottom-up” approach and allow bodily expressiveness and activation of the Child.
We will experience how this approach allows an activation of the Physis in the direction of favoring Restorative Embodiment.
