SAGE is a board game elevating participants’ relationship emotional intelligence. During SAGE participants will explore the Ok – OK concept developed by Eric Berne.

The game takes participants through 3 missions starting from:

Mission 1 – discovering and understanding the concept.

Each team receives a board with 4 quadrants and 40 cards. The first mission is to match the correct replicas in the 4 quadrants, using the information on the participants’ manual. For each reply displayed correctly, teams will receive 1 point.

Mission 2 – understanding how the concept manifests in real life scenario.

Each team will receive a different portrait of a valuable potential employee. They will be asked to answer each of the 6 questions, each question with a correct answer will receive 5 points.

Mission 3 – understanding how the concept can be applied in the reality of the participant.

Using the dice, participants will pick a real work situation in which they or somebody they know, have spoken from a Not Ok perspective. Afterwards, they will have to discuss how to respond from an Ok perspective.

It can be played in teams of 3 to 6 people, on all organisational levels.
