Simonetta Caldarone TSTA-P
Clara Battisti TSTA-P
Field of audience: All
Language: Italian (translated english)
Level of audience: All
The workshop is aimed at all those who want to discover aspects of themselves, previously unexplored, of their script and their strengths. It is also aimed at psychotherapists and counsellors in training and at those who are already certified in the field of psychotherapy and counselling.
This workshop aims to offer a practical and theoretical experience, combining elements of classical Transactional Analysis and personalistic Transactional Analysis, to help participants recognize and understand new aspects of themselves and their clients.
Objectives
The workshop aims to:
- encourage theoretical and practical reflection on the use of Transactional Analysis, in particular in the fields of psychotherapy and counselling;
- analyze the elements of the script, favoring the recognition of the “quid”, of that “unique and unrepeatable” imprint inherent in each of us, respecting and transcending the legacy left to us by Eric Berne and by Maria Teresa Romanini;
- enhance the positive characteristics of each existential position and recognize the strengths of each participant;
- offer practical experience to facilitate the recognition of new parts of oneself, by contacting one’s “physis” and to satisfy one’s fundamental needs;
- provide useful tools to transactional analysts to work with their clients.
Content
In the theoretical part, some key concepts of TA will be explored, such as the social and psychological existential positions (Berne, 1962; Ernst, 1971). The latter will be enriched with the theory of Personalistic TA (Romanini, 1999). The practical part will consist of group exercises through a guided experiential journey.
Methodology
The methodology with which the workshop will be conducted involves the co-construction of learning through a combination of theoretical and practical activities. The participants will receive support, recognition, empowerment and they will give legitimacy to new their decisions, strengthening their self-esteem.
Verification of learning
The verification of learning outcomes will be carried out through feedback of the participants.
