From TA Script Analysis to today’s explorations of collective trauma and healing ourselves and our relationship to the Earth, our community is about changing the story. We need to choose who we want to be and then be able to live up to that. This workshop is about both choosing and showing up.

By understanding the principles of living systems, we can rewrite our part of the story. Enacting the new story involves increasing our ability to observe our own and others’ behavior patterns and to change ours. Starting with the qualities we want to manifest and our stroke profiles, we practice observing behavior in a neutral way, and go on to practicing being in flow with others. With the feedback we get, we can learn how we are showing up and decide what to continue and what to change.

I will share the overview of a learning process that usually takes place over weeks. We will sample the behavioral, observational, and collaborative actions that align with personal sovereignty and living systems. Looking at the emotional results and the triggers that send us into scripty reactions, we think about the emotions we want to feel more of. We consider how much of our life story is scripted, how much we have rewritten already, and how we want to write and enact the rest of it.
