What is your identity in teaching? Did you ever ask yourself how do I teach TA?
Of course you have! In the workshop we will experience a group learning session on the topic of “how do you manage learning processes” in relation to legacy, legitimacy and identity? You are invited to share your believes and experiences in how learning works well in these dimensions, and to get to know ideas of the other participants and of our ideas also.

You will get to know the intaqt model of “Visible Systemic Group Management” and ideas of the German Professor Holzkamp who developed a new perspective understanding the learner as a subject and not an object of teaching practice. Therefore teaching is about creating meaningful learning opportunities for learners.

You are invited to reflect your actual learning and teaching experience and to develop new ideas for your teaching practice.
