What we have individually and collectively inherited and co-creatively developed from our families and cultures of origin – our life script – is consolidated in our patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour, in our body expressions, somatic experiences and in our relationships.
In our workshop, we use physical exercises and illustrative material to demonstrate our work on script topics in the direction of identity development with the help of the peaceful martial art of Aikido and the feedback partner horse.
The challenge of an exercise partner in Aikido and the direct physical feedback experienced in a safe environment enables us to discover and change our own script patterns and beliefs. We would like to offer you your own experience in the first introductory exercises.
Horses reflect our own behaviour, feelings and underlying needs like no other animal. They are helpful partners when it comes to reflecting on your own relationships. With their help, you can try out new behavioural alternatives, explore boundaries and expand your own ways of thinking, feeling and acting. To give you an impression of our work with horses, we are showing video sequences from one of our script seminars.
We look forward to a stimulating dialogue with you.
