In our different roles as Business Consultant, Coach, Counsellor, Supervisor we’ve been working with people in fast changing environments, supporting them to keep up with the necessary cultural changes for many years. We will bring our experience and expertise to this workshop and together explore our TA communities’ needs for change in the face of an ever evolving fast moving world. We will introduce a model that is based on Erskine’s and Zalcman’s script system and that supports us sharing our different perspectives on our TA communities’ richly facetted cultural script. From there we will describe a possible process for change, rooted in Otto Scharmer’s awareness-based development model Theory U and invite everyone to take away a piece of a colourful kaleidoscope that they can embed in their being part of the change they want to see in the (TA)world.
